Our goal is to provide a setting and an experience that is fitting for all learners to grow and achieve their personal best. We provide a truly warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our students and families.

Our district motto of Learning Without Limits guides our approach. Our teachers care deeply for their students. We teach our students to utilize their passions and to develop growth mindsets that will allow them to be thoughtful contributors to society able to connect with the world around them.
We value innovators, thinkers, explorers, and positive contributors. We believe that students thrive in a nurturing academic environment where they feel supported and known for their individual strengths and talents.
Our goal is to help students develop emotionally, socially and academically. We look to ensure a balanced approach that allows the individual to thrive. To have the strength of character to focus on areas where they need help as well as those that they find easy.
At Hickman Middle School strong relationships between faculty lead to exceptional learning, in our classrooms and beyond.
As our children move into Middle School and grow both emotionally and academically, we provide further opportunities for students to take full advantage of their abilities – whilst supporting those areas which need further work.
Our teachers care deeply for students and, because they know them well, they challenge them with new ideas and skills, they encourage creative expression, initiate class discussion, and provide opportunities for leadership.
Students learn how to learn – they learn to connect with people and step outside their comfort zones and to take bold but intelligent risks. They find their voices, so when the time comes to leave us they have the skills and the confidence to successfully address the demands of high school.
